The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) announced on Friday that a counter-terrorism operation in the Mach and Kolpur complexes of Balochistan resulted in the elimination of at least 24 terrorists. The operation was initiated in response to a terrorist attack on the night of January 29 and 30.
During the attack, terrorists targeted Mach and Kolpur complexes in Balochistan, but the valiant soldiers successfully repulsed the assault. Unfortunately, in the exchange of fire, four servicemen and two citizens lost their lives, as reported by the ISPR.
Subsequently, security forces launched an operation to apprehend the terrorists responsible. Over the course of the last three days, the operation successfully resulted in the elimination of 24 terrorists. Among the deceased militants, the ISPR identified individuals such as Shahzad Baloch, Attaullah, Abdul Wadud, and Zeeshan.
The ISPR stated that the process of identifying additional terrorists is ongoing, underscoring the commitment to maintaining security and stability in the region.
