The Islamabad District and Sessions Court has granted a three-day physical remand for Ali Wazir, a former Member of the National Assembly (MNA) from South Waziristan, in a case related to incitement to rebellion.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) presented Ali Wazir before Judicial Magistrate Shabbir Bhatti, where they requested a 10-day physical remand for further investigation. The investigating officer stated that they needed to conduct forensic analysis on Ali Wazir’s mobile phone and laptop.
However, the judicial magistrate approved a three-day physical remand for the suspect and ordered that he be presented in court again on September 15th for further proceedings.
