Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Qazi Faez Isa, has announced a Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) session scheduled for December 14 at 2:30 pm in the Conference Room of the Judges Block. Notices have been issued by the SJC secretary to all five council members regarding the meeting, with a focus on complaints against Justice Mazahar Naqvi. Concurrently, Justice Naqvi has filed applications challenging the SJC proceedings, set to be heard on December 15 by a three-member bench led by Justice Aminuddin Khan, along with Justices Jamal Khan Mandokhel and Musarrat Hilali.
