Khushdil Shah clashes with fans after Pakistan ODI series defeat to New Zealand.

Pakistani cricket fans were left frustrated after the national team suffered a clean sweep defeat against New Zealand, losing the third ODI at Mount Maunganui.

Tensions flared following the match as spectators in the stadium hurled sarcastic remarks at the Pakistani players, criticizing their underwhelming performance. All-rounder Khushdil Shah reacted angrily to the taunts and attempted to confront the crowd but was held back by security and teammates.

Images of the confrontation quickly went viral on social media, prompting a response from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). The board issued a statement condemning the behavior of certain spectators, particularly foreign fans, who allegedly made abusive and anti-Pakistan remarks.

A PCB spokesperson revealed that two Afghan fans used inappropriate language in Pashto and tried to provoke a physical altercation after Khushdil asked them to stop. Following a formal complaint by the Pakistan team, the two individuals were removed from the stadium by security officials.
