The highly anticipated tenth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 10) is set to begin on Friday, April 11, with defending champions Islamabad United facing two-time winners Lahore Qalandars at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
The six-team tournament will feature 34 matches from April 11 to May 18, with Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium hosting 13 matches, including two Eliminators and the Final.
Tournament Highlights:
- An exhibition match will be held on April 8 in Peshawar (teams to be confirmed later).
- Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium will host 11 matches, including Qualifier 1 on May 13.
- Karachi’s National Bank Stadium and Multan Cricket Stadium will each host five matches.
- Three double-headers will take place, with two on Saturdays and one on Labour Day (May 1).
Key Fixtures:
- April 12: Karachi Kings, winners of PSL 5, will start their campaign at home against Multan Sultans, last year’s runners-up.
- April 22: Multan Sultans will host Lahore Qalandars in the first PSL 10 match at Multan Cricket Stadium.
- April 24: Lahore Qalandars, champions of PSL 7 & 8, will play their first home match against Peshawar Zalmi at Gaddafi Stadium.
Peshawar Zalmi, PSL 2017 champions, will play five matches in Rawalpindi, while Quetta Gladiators, winners of PSL 4, will play five matches in Lahore.
