Interior minister Mohsin Naqvi inaugurates 24/7 passport office in Karachi.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi inaugurated a new passport office at the NADRA Mega Center in Nazimabad, Karachi, on Thursday.

Speaking at the event, Minister Naqvi announced that the facility will operate round-the-clock in three shifts, enabling citizens to apply for passports at any time. During his visit, he inspected the passport counters and interacted with the staff.

Citizens present at the center expressed their satisfaction with the new facility. One applicant praised the initiative, stating, “This is a fantastic facility; you have made things much easier for us.”

The minister also addressed concerns raised by women regarding biometric registration for the Benazir Income Support Program, issuing immediate instructions for resolution. Elderly women thanked him for his prompt response to their issues.

Naqvi emphasized that resolving citizens’ problems is a government priority. He was also briefed on the operations of the passport office at the NADRA Center.
