The hearing for the Toshakhana case involving former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, has been postponed without proceedings. Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand presided over the case at the Adiala Jail court in Rawalpindi, where both the Toshakhana case and the 190 million pound reference were adjourned due to road closures.
Originally, the court was set to indict the accused in the Toshakhana case on Saturday. However, the session did not take place as planned.
The Toshakhana case was under the jurisdiction of Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand, while the 190 million pound reference was to be addressed by Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana.
The next hearings for these cases are now scheduled for October 7 for the Toshakhana case and October 8 for the 190 million pound reference.
