Fatima Bhutto, the granddaughter of former Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, took to Instagram to share the joyous news of her baby boy’s birth, naming him as a tribute to her late father.
“Graham and I are overjoyed to announce the arrival of our baby boy,” Fatima expressed on her Instagram handle, inviting her followers to share in their happiness and keep her family in their prayers.
Explaining the significance behind their choice of name, she shared, “We wanted our son to carry a name that embodies courage and kindness as he navigates through life.”
“I sought a name that would serve as a source of inspiration for him, enveloping him in love and fortitude,” she elaborated. “A name that he could cherish, knowing it was bestowed upon him from the depths of his mother’s heart and soul, to guide and protect him always. A name that would grant him both grace and fearlessness, a connection to his roots, and a sense of joy. In contemplating these qualities, my thoughts inevitably circled back to the cherished name of my beloved father.”
Fatima concluded her post by expressing gratitude for the support and requested prayers for their family’s journey ahead.
This momentous occasion follows Fatima and Graham’s union in a private nikkah ceremony held in Karachi in April 2023.
