Speaking during a conversation on Geo News program ‘Capital Talk,’ Faisal Vawda mentioned that they are just members of a political party, and their leader has not left any place untouched. He criticized those politicians who have been instrumental in causing harm to Pakistan and rendering people unemployed.

During the meeting, the Chief Organizer of the PML-N briefed the attendees on the preparations for Nawaz Sharif’s return to Pakistan. She highlighted the establishment of a Central Facilitation Control Center at the central secretariat, which will play a pivotal role in facilitating Nawaz Sharif’s arrival.

Bandial, expressed his wish to the government to regularize employees working on daily wages in the Public Works Department (PWD) of the Supreme Court’s Rest Houses, Lodges, and Registry.

The ongoing cases, particularly those involving Imran Khan, are expected to see increased activity on NAB’s part. The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party members are likely to face repercussions as they actively pushed for the revival of NAB laws. This could lead to significant political consequences for PTI.

Imran Khan’s position highlights the evolving and complex nature of the legal challenges surrounding NAB and its authority. The nullification of the NAB ordinance has left a legal void in which politicians and individuals facing NAB investigations are seeking to reevaluate their legal positions.

Chief Justice Bandial’s verdict has added both possibilities and uncertainties to the landscape of Pakistani politics, especially concerning the fate of several former Prime Ministers and a former President whose NAB (National Accountability Bureau) cases were being reviewed.

After the meeting, PPP leaders, including Shazia Marri and Faisal Karim Kundi, addressed a press conference and expressed their views on various matters. They raised objections to the alleged influence of PML-N members in the current government, particularly in the federal cabinet.

According to reports, the Registrar of the Supreme Court returned PTI’s application for early elections, which had been filed through Barrister Ali Zafar. The Registrar cited several objections raised during the review of the request.
