The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) has opened applications for PSEB free AI bootcamps, offering technology training to fresh graduates and working IT professionals across Pakistan. Launched under the Prime Minister’s technology skills development program, the initiative aims to train approximately 3,384 participants through 10 specialised courses. Each bootcamp will run for 12 weeks, with applications scheduled to close on October 30, 2026.
The programme provides practical training in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development and other in-demand technology fields, helping participants strengthen their technical and professional skills.

Who Can Apply for PSEB Bootcamps?
The programme primarily targets Pakistani graduates with at least 16 years of education in computing or IT who completed their degrees in 2023 or later. Applicants must hold a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and be available to attend training at their assigned centre.
Working IT professionals can also apply if they meet the programme’s educational and eligibility requirements. Candidates with non-IT degrees may qualify if they work in a relevant technical role at an IT company and provide an employment verification letter from their employer’s CEO or HR department.
The registration portal also allows final-year university students, particularly those in their eighth semester, to apply. However, graduates receive priority, and students will be considered only if seats remain available.
Applicants who graduated before 2023 should confirm their eligibility directly with PSEB because the published registration information may differ across applicant categories.
Training Duration and Benefits
Each bootcamp includes 300 hours of training over 12 weeks. The programme combines technical instruction with practical exercises and career development.
The training structure includes:
- 230 hours of technical training and practical laboratory work.
- 45 hours of soft skills development.
- 25 hours covering AI tools, freelancing and employability.
Participants receive free training, access to laboratory facilities, learning materials and professional mentoring. The programme also includes project-based learning, career counselling and structured job placement assistance.
Eligible participants can receive international certification examination vouchers after meeting the required attendance and assessment criteria. However, completing the training does not guarantee employment.
PSEB does not provide a monthly stipend or travel allowance, so applicants should consider the cost of commuting to their assigned centres.
Cities Offering Free IT Training
The programme advertises training locations across Pakistan, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Abbottabad, Gilgit, Skardu, Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Gujrat and Bahawalpur.
Applicants can select their preferred city during registration, subject to the courses and centres available on the official portal. Training requires attendance at designated physical centres, although recorded sessions and learning materials may also be accessible through the learning management system.

Applicants should prepare the following documents before beginning the application process:
- Valid CNIC.
- Recent photograph.
- Degree certificate and academic transcript or marksheet.
- Employment verification letter for eligible working professionals with non-IT degrees.
- Relevant professional or freelance documentation, if required for the selected category.
Applicants should ensure that their information and documents are accurate to avoid delays during verification.
