During the proceedings, NAB prosecutor mentioned that JIT head Wajid Zia had analyzed the evidence and concluded that Nawaz Sharif was the actual owner. Javed Latif highlighted that the PML-N continues to adhere to democratic principles, claiming that the party is still playing fair.

He pondered over the reasons behind the opposition’s fear of the PML-N’s performance in 2018, asserting that the party would have initiated a clean sweep.

Taking a critical stance against Imran Khan, the founder and chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Zardari remarked that the imprisoned “ladla” (favorite) was launched into politics 30 years ago and has drowned the country in a sea of corruption by granting power to those of questionable integrity.
