Rana Sanaullah, a prominent leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), has lauded Nawaz Sharif’s resolute leadership, highlighting his significant contributions to Pakistan’s political landscape. Speaking to the media in Multan, Sanaullah emphasized Nawaz Sharif’s ability to resist international pressure, particularly in matters related to nuclear capabilities. He revealed that Nawaz Sharif had turned down a substantial American offer of $5 billion while under intense global scrutiny, rejecting the pressure and reinforcing Pakistan’s nuclear strength.
Sanaullah underscored the PML-N’s strong presence across Southern Punjab, noting the party’s active workers from Attock to Rajanpur, emphasizing the dynamic approach of Maryam Nawaz, Nawaz Sharif’s daughter, in mobilizing party members. According to him, Nawaz Sharif, during his leadership, steered Pakistan through crises, steering the nation back on track after the turbulent period in 2017. He indicated that Nawaz Sharif plans to bring Pakistan back to the trajectory it was on before 2017.
Rana Sanaullah praised Nawaz Sharif’s role in alleviating fears and tensions within Pakistan, especially after India’s nuclear tests. According to Sanaullah, Nawaz Sharif’s decisive actions, including conducting nuclear tests, dissipated the anxieties prevailing among the Pakistani populace. He acknowledged that under Nawaz Sharif’s leadership, Pakistan overcame challenges like the 20-hour daily power outages, terrorism, and the daunting task of economic stabilization, showing the PML-N’s dedication to the nation’s welfare.
Sanaullah further highlighted Nawaz Sharif’s unwavering trust in the party, even after 12 years since his exile. He emphasized Nawaz Sharif’s enduring commitment to Pakistan, showcasing his steadfast resolve to stand by the country despite adversities. Sanaullah emphasized that Nawaz Sharif’s message to the nation was to repose faith in the PML-N, assuring that the party would work relentlessly to alleviate the burden of load shedding and resolve the issues plaguing Pakistan’s citizens.
