Preparations are underway with full vigor for the ninth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), with the unveiling ceremony of the trophy scheduled to take place in Lahore on February 13. According to sources, the golf course and recreational park are under consideration for the ceremony, and the venue for the unveiling will be finalized within the next one to two days.
All captains and franchise owners will be invited to the ceremony, which is expected to be a grand affair. The opening ceremony of PSL 9, similar to the previous edition, will take place at the Gaddafi Stadium, where besides Ali Zafar and Aima Baig, other artists will also perform alongside the official PSL anthem.
The curtain-raiser ceremony of PSL will precede the first match, as per sources. Furthermore, it has been revealed that a spectacular fireworks display will also be part of the opening ceremony festivities.
It is noteworthy that the Pakistan Super League 9 is commencing from February 17 onwards, promising an exciting display of cricketing prowess and entertainment. With the anticipation building up, fans eagerly await the kick-off of one of Pakistan’s premier cricketing events, promising thrill, excitement, and unforgettable moments on the field.
