Bollywood veteran actress Juhi Chawla recently made a revelation about a memorable incident involving her co-star Aamir Khan, where he presented her with the most inexpensive gift on her birthday.
Juhi Chawla, who recently appeared on the Indian dance reality show “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 11,” was celebrated for her illustrious and successful career in Bollywood. The episode dedicated to her was aptly titled ‘Juhi Ka Jashn’ (Juhi’s Celebration), where she shared various insights and anecdotes from her Bollywood journey.
During the show, Juhi Chawla shared several stories and revelations related to her Bollywood career. Among them was a tale involving Aamir Khan, with whom she has shared the screen in several successful films, including their first blockbuster together, “Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak.”
Responding to a question posed by judge Farah Khan about who gave her the cheapest gift among famous personalities, Juhi Chawla engaged the audience by asking, “Would you like me to reveal the name?”
She then disclosed that it was Aamir Khan who had given her the cheapest gift. Recounting the incident, she elaborated, “It was a time when we had just become famous. On the evening of my birthday, Aamir called me and said they were coming to my house to wish me a happy birthday.”
Juhi continued, “Everyone at my house was very excited. Aamir Khan sat down and took out a small chocolate and said, ‘This is my gift.'”
The actress’s reminiscence sheds light on the camaraderie and humility shared between the two actors during their early years in Bollywood. Despite achieving fame and success, Aamir Khan’s simple gesture exemplifies his grounded nature and genuine affection for his co-star.
