Pakistan People’s Party Announces Candidates for National and Provincial Assembly Seats in Multan

The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has unveiled its lineup of candidates for the upcoming elections, announcing contenders for three National Assembly and seven Provincial Assembly seats in Multan.

For the National Assembly constituency NA-148, former Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani has been nominated as the PPP candidate. Additionally, Ali Musa Gilani and Abdul Qadir Gilani have been selected to contest for NA-151 and NA-152, respectively.

In the Provincial Assembly category, Ali Haider Gilani is set to represent PPP on seat PP-213, while Barrister Syed Mustafa Shah has been nominated for PP-214. The party has also fielded candidates for seats PP-215, PP-216, PP-218, and PP-219, with Shakeel Hussain Labar, Ghulam Mustafa Shahzad, Rana Sajjad, and Wasef Mazhar securing the respective tickets.

The Provincial Assembly seat PP-221 will see Mian Kamran Abdullah Mudd appointed as the PPP candidate, completing the lineup for Multan’s representation in the upcoming elections.

This strategic announcement by the PPP highlights the party’s commitment to securing a significant presence in both the National and Provincial Assemblies from Multan.
