SpaceX eyes valuation above $175 billion in latest tender offer.

SpaceX, led by Elon Musk, is reportedly considering another tender offer that could value the space exploration company at over $175 billion, according to a post on X by a Bloomberg News reporter. The tender volume may increase, pending finalization, potentially pushing the valuation even higher than the initial estimate. With its current valuation standing at around $150 billion, SpaceX is already among the most valuable private companies globally. Billionaire investor Ron Baron has predicted that SpaceX could be worth approximately $500 billion by 2030. SpaceX has yet to respond to Reuters’ request for comment. Elon Musk previously announced that Starlink, SpaceX’s satellite internet unit, had achieved cash flow breakeven in November. Starlink operates the world’s largest satellite network, featuring around 5,000 low-Earth orbit satellites.
