Pakistan’s Resolve: Army Chief Vows Unyielding Defense

In a resolute stance, Pakistan’s Army Chief General Qasim Munir declared that the nation is prepared to go to any extent to uphold its sovereignty. His steadfast commitment came during discussions at the Apex Committee meeting, where he emphasized Pakistan’s readiness to face challenges.

Addressing the gathering, General Munir articulated that Pakistan has no alternative but to confront the challenges head-on. His words echoed a sentiment deeply rooted in the country’s commitment to safeguard its borders and protect its citizens.

During the session, it was reported that General Munir invoked the famous poetry of Allama Iqbal, a revered philosopher, poet, and politician in British India who inspired the Pakistan Movement. He recited a couplet that resonates profoundly with the current situation: “Nah Samjho Gay Toh Mit Jaouge Aye Hindustan Walo, Tumhari Dastaan Tak Bhi Na Hogi Dastaano Mein” (If you don’t understand, you will perish, O people of Hindustan, your tales will not even be a part of history).

Meanwhile, Prime Minister’s Adviser on Interior, Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar, chaired the Apex Committee meeting in Islamabad. Following deliberations, a crucial decision was made: illegal residents, particularly non-citizens residing unlawfully within the country, will be expelled by November. This stern approach signifies Pakistan’s commitment to ensuring national security and maintaining law and order.

The Army Chief’s strong resolve, coupled with the government’s strategic decisions, showcases Pakistan’s unwavering determination to tackle internal and external challenges. It underscores the nation’s preparedness to protect its sovereignty and preserve the safety and well-being of its citizens.

This development reaffirms Pakistan’s dedication to countering any threats, emphasizing the importance of national security and the rule of law. As the nation moves forward, this steadfastness will likely serve as a beacon, guiding its actions in the face of adversity and reinforcing its commitment to a secure and stable future
