Islamabad session court delays verdict on PTI chairman and sheikh Rashid’s bail petitions in long march vandalism Case.

The Islamabad Session Court has postponed its decision regarding the bail petitions of PTI Chairman and former Interior Minister, Sheikh Rashid, in the case related to the long march vandalism.

The court conducted the hearing for the case in the district and session courts of Islamabad on Wednesday, presided over by Additional Session Judge Sohaib Bilal. Advocate Naeem Panjutha represented the suspects during the proceedings.

Advocate Panjutha argued that the PTI Chairman was detained, while Sheikh Rashid was allegedly abducted, and there is still no information available regarding the whereabouts of Sadaqat Ali Abbasi.

The lawyer urged the court to ensure the presence of both the PTI Chairman and Sheikh Rashid for further proceedings.

Subsequently, the court has decided to reserve its judgment in both of these cases, leaving the fate of the bail petitions to be determined at a later date.
