livia Attwood has shared candid advice about relationships, forgiveness, and the reality of marriage, drawing from her own experiences with husband Bradley Dack.
The 34-year-old TV personality, who tied the knot with Gillingham F.C. midfielder Bradley in 2023, admitted that their relationship had been far from perfect, especially during its early years. Speaking on ITV’s Lorraine show, the former Love Island star reflected on their turbulent beginnings and how they overcame challenges that might have ended most couples.
“Look, Brad and I had a rocky start,” Olivia told host Lorraine Kelly. “There’s no such thing as perfect. Our relationship has ups and downs — for sure it’s a collaborative thing, it’s a work in progress.”
She went on to explain that forgiving infidelity is not a choice she would recommend to everyone. “It’s not something I would recommend to everyone to forgive and move on,” she said honestly. “But it worked for us. I’d never gone back to an ex before, I never thought I would, but Brad was the exception.”
Olivia suggested that maturity and time were the biggest factors in rebuilding their relationship. “In some cases, it can work,” she continued. “We were like 20, 21 when we first went out. He was silly in the beginning, I was silly. You grow up together and learn how to behave.”
Her comments come at a time when her marriage to Bradley has been the subject of speculation. Rumors swirled after Olivia was spotted appearing close to Pete Wicks, her co-host on KISS Radio’s The Sunday Roast with Pete and Olivia. The pair also recently vacationed together in Ibiza, which fueled chatter about potential tension in her marriage.
However, Olivia quickly shut down the claims. Speaking to The Sun shortly after her trip, she dismissed the idea of a split. “If I had something to say, I’d be saying it on my own Instagram story,” she clarified. “All the gossip and stuff — people message me and go, ‘Oh, have you seen this?’ And I do, but I’m quite disconnected from that stuff.”
By opening up about her journey with Bradley, Olivia reminded her fans that relationships can be messy but also resilient. Her message was clear: love requires patience, effort, and maturity — and while forgiveness may not suit every couple, for her, it was the foundation that allowed their marriage to grow stronger.
