Unreleased beyoncé music stolen in Atlanta car theft, police issue arrest warrant.

Unreleased music, concert set lists, and show plans belonging to Beyoncé were stolen from a rental car in Atlanta, along with laptops and luxury items, just days before the singer’s performance at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, according to a police report.

The theft occurred on July 8, two days before Beyoncé began her four-day residency in the city. The stolen materials, including five thumb drives containing unreleased content, were in the possession of Beyoncé’s choreographer Christopher Grant and dancer Diandre Blue. The pair had parked their 2024 Jeep Wagoneer at a local food hall around 8:09 p.m. and returned just after 9 p.m. to find the rear window smashed and two suitcases missing.

Grant informed police that one of the stolen bags contained “personal sensitive information for the musician Beyoncé.” Also taken were two MacBook laptops, Apple headphones, luxury clothing, and accessories.

The Atlanta Police Department stated Monday that it has obtained an arrest warrant for a suspect, though their identity remains confidential. Surveillance footage from the parking lot reportedly captured the theft, and police were able to identify partial fingerprints at the scene. The suspect vehicle is believed to be a 2025 red Hyundai Elantra.

Using location tracking, officers canvassed an area where the stolen laptops and headphones briefly pinged.

Beyoncé is currently on her Cowboy Carter tour, which began in late April and spans stadiums across the U.S. and Europe. She is scheduled to conclude the tour with two shows in Las Vegas later this month.
