PCB reschedules two matches for PSL 2025 amid heatwave concerns.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced changes to the schedule of two Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 matches.

The afternoon match between Multan Sultans and Karachi Kings, originally set for May 1 at Multan Cricket Stadium, will now be played at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium. The game will start at 3 PM.

As a result, Gaddafi Stadium will host a double-header on May 1, which is also Labour Day. The evening match between Lahore Qalandars and Quetta Gladiators will proceed as per the original schedule, starting at 8 PM.

Additionally, the final Multan-leg match between Multan Sultans and Quetta Gladiators, initially scheduled for the afternoon of May 10, has been moved to the evening of May 11 at Multan Cricket Stadium, with the first ball to be bowled at 8 PM.

The changes were made after extensive discussions with stakeholders, taking into account operational convenience and the ongoing heatwave affecting parts of the country.

Fans who purchased tickets online for the May 1 Multan match will be automatically reimbursed to the account used during booking. Tickets bought from express centres must be refunded physically at TCS outlets. The PCB has apologized for any inconvenience caused.

Spectators can now enjoy the double-header in Lahore with the same ticket originally purchased for the evening game. Similarly, tickets for the May 10 match will be valid for entry on May 11.
