Pakistan reports sixth polio case of 2025, fourth in Sindh.

The Regional Reference Laboratory for Polio Eradication at the National Institute of Health (NIH) has confirmed a new polio case from District Thatta, Sindh. This marks the fourth case in Sindh and the sixth in Pakistan this year.

Polio Cases in 2024

Last year, Pakistan reported 74 polio cases, with:

๐Ÿ“ 22 cases in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
๐Ÿ“ 1 case each in Punjab & Islamabad

Polio Vaccination Efforts
