Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Latif Khosa has underscored that the nation’s development hinges on the proper implementation of the constitution.
Speaking to the media after visiting Mazar-e-Quaid with party leaders, Khosa lamented that the constitution is being disregarded and treated as a mere document. He asserted that Pakistan’s advancement depends on upholding constitutional principles.
Quoting Quaid-e-Azam, he reiterated that “the people are the real rulers” but decried the prevailing lawlessness, blaming corrupt elites and criminals for undermining the country’s foundation.
Criticizing the current political landscape, Khosa pointed out the irony of a leader with 180 seats being imprisoned in Adiala Jail, while someone with just 17 seats has assumed the role of prime minister. He described this as an unprecedented injustice in the nation’s history.
