International anti-corruption day 2024: uniting with youth for a corruption-free future.

Today (Monday), the world, including Pakistan, observes International Anti-Corruption Day to promote awareness and action against corruption and bribery. This annual observance was established by the United Nations (UN) in October 2003 to highlight the urgent need for transparency and integrity.

The theme for this year, “Uniting with youth against corruption: shaping tomorrow’s integrity,” emphasizes empowering young people to lead the fight for a fairer future. The day stands as a global call for cooperation among governments, institutions, and citizens to combat corruption collectively.
