On Monday, the Sindh High Court (SHC) granted bail to Natasha Danish, the main accused in the Karsaz road accident, related to a drug case. The court ordered Natasha to submit bail bonds of Rs 1 million. She was already out on bail for another case linked to the same incident.

The decision comes after the additional district and sessions court in Karachi had previously rejected her bail application on September 13.

The incident occurred on August 19, when a speeding car lost control and crashed into pedestrians on Karsaz Road, tragically resulting in the deaths of a father and daughter, with four others injured. Following the accident, the woman driving the vehicle, Natasha, was arrested by the police.

On August 21, a Karachi court had placed Natasha under judicial remand, leading to the recent developments in her case.
