Italy announces squad for upcoming friendlies.

Italy’s national team has revealed a 28-man squad for their forthcoming friendlies against Venezuela and Ecuador in the United States, notably featuring new faces alongside notable omissions.

Among the fresh additions are Torino defender Raoul Bellanova, Hellas Verona midfielder Michael Folorunsho, and Udinese forward Lorenzo Lucca, all earning their first call-ups to the senior squad.

However, head coach Luciano Spalletti has opted to exclude forwards Gianluca Scammacca and Ciro Immobile from the roster, while winger Domenico Berardi remains absent due to a recent leg injury.
