The Chief Justice, heading a full court hearing, commented that the impact of this law, particularly on the Chief Justice and two senior judges, was under scrutiny. He asserted that the allocation of powers was in progress and highlighted the need for a careful balance between the powers of the Chief Justice and Parliament.

Nawaz Sharif is scheduled to return to Pakistan on October 21, where he will address a gathering at Minar-e-Pakistan. Speaking about the possibility of forming a new political party, Abbasi clarified that there were no secretive endeavors. If a new party is formed, it will be done transparently and publicly.

These nine cases include three from May 9, encompassing various charges such as the Tusha Khana forgery case, violation of Section 144 (a ban on gatherings), and a murder attempt. These cases were brought before special courts and the Anti-Terrorism Courts, focusing on non-compliance issues.

In her impassioned speech, Maryam Nawaz praised Nawaz Sharif’s commitment to Pakistan and his dedication to its progress. She asserted that Nawaz Sharif is the solution to the nation’s economic challenges, striving to rescue the public from the clutches of inflation and terrorism.

Addressing the challenges faced by PTI, he highlighted that their alliance, known as the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), is currently inactive. Consequently, it will be the Muslim League that will decide the welcome for Nawaz Sharif, who is set to return. Furthermore, he pointed out that PTI has been striving for three and a half years for the elections.

Imran Khan, who himself has faced legal challenges, especially in cases like the Safdar Awan incident, is navigating precarious waters. His ambition to strengthen ties with the military clashes with the PTI’s vehement anti-military rhetoric. The party’s leadership needs to promptly address this inconsistency to maintain credibility

Chaudhry affirmed that the PML-N, despite facing numerous challenges, remains undeterred and fearless. He emphasized that the party’s opponents have been strategically cultivated, insinuating that they are products of artificial political engineering.
