Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is participating in the elections. It’s not for me to dictate whether PTI can be involved in political activities or not. After the necessary legal procedures, they will have the right to appeal, whether in favor or against. The role of the Army Chief is vital in curbing smuggling, and whenever assistance has been sought from the military, positive results have been achieved.

Salman Safdar questioned whether Imran Khan is mentioned in the case. Is Imran Khan in court? Has Imran Khan’s bail been accepted? The prosecution has to prove what was the original and counterfeit version of Saifur’s case. The prosecution has to prove what national security was damaged by the Saifur case.

Faisal Karim Kundi, the Information Secretary of the Pakistan People’s Party, called upon the Election Commission to hold elections within 90 days as per the constitution. He emphasized that neither the President of the country nor the Supreme Court has any role in organizing elections. Kundi further commented that the President’s letter appeared to be written in a hesitant and apprehensive tone, suggesting that President Arif Alvi might be feeling uncertain about the situation. He questioned the state of mind of Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, considering the tone of the letter.

Justice Mazhar Ali Akbar Naqvi authored the 17-page verdict, in which the court observed that the accused, Enayatullah, had sought recourse to civilian courts after thirteen years, while Azad Munhas had done so after three years. The court found no justifiable reason to dismiss these requests due to the delay. This underscores the court’s commitment to upholding the principles of justice and fairness, even when dealing with military personnel.

Chairman PTI’s own statements were found to be contradictory to the circumstances. According to the FIA, in the nine other cases, solid evidence has also been found against Imran Khan. The challan for the fourteen cases will soon be presented in the courts.
