In the past 24 hours, Israeli forces have escalated their attacks on Gaza, targeting not only hospitals but also residential buildings in Jabalia, Nasirat, and beachfront camps. These assaults have left worship places and mosques unsafe from Israeli airstrikes. Israeli warplanes also attacked a convoy carrying life-saving medical supplies in Gaza and bombed two mosques, causing fatalities in Khan Yunis.
Over the last 24 hours, more than 300 Palestinians have been killed due to Israeli aggression. Since October 7, the number of Palestinian casualties resulting from Israeli bombings has exceeded 10,569.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, among the casualties are 4,324 children, 2,823 women, and 649 elderly individuals.
More than half of Gaza’s hospitals are now rendered inoperable, and fuel shortages have reached critical levels in Al-Quds Hospital.
In Gaza City, the al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, has continued to launch attacks against Israeli forces. They targeted more than 10 Israeli military vehicles and destroyed four tanks using missiles.
Hamas reported that in the southern part of Gaza, they aimed guided missiles at Israeli military convoys, causing significant damage.
It is worth noting that since the beginning of this conflict on October 7, over 1.5 million residents of Gaza have become homeless.
According to Defense for Children International Palestine (DCIP), a non-governmental organization, the death toll among children in Gaza during the conflict between 1967 and October 7, 2023, has doubled in just one month.
DCIP reported that more than 1,350 children are still trapped under the rubble of destroyed buildings, and many of them are presumed to have been killed.
It is estimated that due to Israeli airstrikes, more than 100 Palestinian children are losing their lives daily.
