Boltlike Solutions Launches New Audience Intelligence Ecosystem

Boltlike Solutions

Boltlike Solutions, a Brillanz Group company and the official Audience Intelligence Partner of MADsemble 2026, has launched a new audience measurement and intelligence ecosystem in Pakistan. The platform was unveiled at The Nishat Hotel in Lahore, bringing television, digital media and connected TV into a broader measurement framework designed to help advertisers, broadcasters and media agencies better understand changing audience behaviour.

The launch was accompanied by an industry discussion titled “The Audience We Think We Know – One Audience. Many Screens.” The event brought together representatives from PEMRA, broadcasters, media agencies, advertisers and OTT platforms to discuss how viewers are increasingly moving between traditional television, YouTube, social media, streaming services and connected screens.

Understanding the Modern Audience

Audience behaviour has changed significantly as consumers gain access to more ways of watching and engaging with content. A viewer may watch a television programme in the evening, switch to YouTube during the day and consume short-form videos on social media.

This fragmented viewing behaviour creates a challenge for the media industry. Traditional ratings alone may not provide a complete picture of where audiences spend their time or how they move between platforms.

Boltlike Solutions says its new ecosystem is designed to address this challenge by combining different sources of audience information while providing advertisers and media professionals with a broader view of audience activity.

The company has introduced three main propositions: BoltTAM, BoltAI and BoltCTV.

BoltTAM Measures Television Audiences

BoltTAM is a television audience measurement platform licensed by PEMRA. It is designed to measure television viewing at the individual-viewer level through a representative audience panel.

The system aims to provide more detailed information about television consumption and help media stakeholders understand viewing patterns beyond basic television ratings.

For broadcasters and advertisers, accurate television audience measurement remains important because ratings influence decisions about programming, advertising placement and media investment.

BoltAI Tracks Digital Engagement

BoltAI is described as an independent digital audience intelligence platform designed specifically for Pakistan.

According to Boltlike Solutions, the platform continuously monitors and analyses millions of videos and audience signals across platforms including YouTube, Facebook and TikTok.

The system tracks newly published content as well as audience engagement, giving media professionals information about what people are watching and interacting with across major digital platforms.

One of its notable features is cross-platform audience de-duplication between YouTube and Facebook. Instead of simply adding audiences from different platforms together, the system attempts to identify overlapping users.

This approach could help advertisers develop a clearer understanding of audience size and behaviour when the same people consume content across multiple services.

BoltCTV Targets Connected Screens

The third offering, BoltCTV, focuses on connected television.

The proposition combines live television, on-demand content and applications through a smart connected-TV environment. It also aims to create a measurable audience environment around connected screens.

Connected TV has become an increasingly important part of the broader media landscape as viewers combine traditional broadcasting with streaming and internet-based services.

By introducing a measurement proposition for connected screens, Boltlike Solutions is seeking to address an area where television and digital viewing increasingly overlap.

Industry Leaders Discuss Changing Viewing Habits

The launch event featured two main discussions titled “The Viewer” and “The Currency.”

The Viewer session focused on changes in audience behaviour across television, digital platforms, streaming services and social media. Participants included Umair Masoom of myco Holdings, Waqas Junaid of Jazz, Arij Awais of foodpanda and Farhan Khan of Z2C Limited.

The second discussion, The Currency, examined how audience measurements influence media planning, advertising decisions and investment.

Participants included Sikander Choudry from PEMRA, Jerjees Seja of ARY Digital Network, Ateeq Ur Rehman of WPP Media and Bilal Qureshi of Boltlike Solutions.

Both sessions were moderated by Maryam Wazirzada, Managing Partner at iris & FranklinCovey Pakistan.

Moving Beyond Views and Ratings

Bilal Qureshi, Founder of Boltlike Solutions and Group CEO of Brillanz Group, said the company’s objective is to move beyond measuring ratings, views and followers separately.

He argued that the major challenge facing the industry is not simply the amount of available data but the ability to interpret fragmented audience signals across platforms.

Faisal Paracha, Managing Director of Boltlike Solutions, similarly said that BoltTAM, BoltAI and BoltCTV provide different perspectives on audiences, with the opportunity to make those signals more useful when considered together.

The company also emphasised the importance of maintaining independence from the buying and selling of media.

What the Launch Means for Pakistan’s Media Industry

The launch of Boltlike Solutions’ new ecosystem comes as Pakistan’s media market becomes increasingly fragmented across television, social platforms, streaming services and connected devices.

For advertisers and agencies, understanding audience overlap could become increasingly important as campaigns are distributed across multiple platforms. Broadcasters can also benefit from better information about changing viewing habits and content engagement.

With BoltTAM, BoltAI and BoltCTV, the company is attempting to create a more connected approach to audience measurement across traditional and emerging media.

As Pakistani consumers continue to shift between screens, the ability to understand where audiences are spending their attention may become an increasingly important part of media planning and advertising strategy.
