Saim Ayub travels to London for medical treatment after ankle fracture.

Pakistan’s national cricket team opener, Saim Ayub, has traveled from Cape Town to London for specialized medical treatment, accompanied by assistant coach Azhar Mahmood.

Acting on the directives of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, Ayub will undergo a detailed examination by renowned sports orthopedists in England on Wednesday.

Chairman Naqvi highlighted Ayub’s significance as a valuable asset for Pakistan cricket and assured that all possible resources would be utilized for his swift recovery. He also extended his prayers for the young cricketer’s complete rehabilitation.

Saim Ayub sustained a right ankle fracture during fielding on the opening day of the second Test match against South Africa. The injury has sidelined him from cricket for at least six weeks.
