The song playfully delves into themes of flirtation and romance, showcasing Malik’s unique blend of R&B, pop, and desi beats. “LOCO” features a lively exchange between Malik and Khurram, with Malik’s character showering her with compliments in a bid to win her over, while Khurram’s character confidently maintains her stance, creating a spirited and dynamic interaction.

The track was crafted by Hamza Malik, Hassan Hashmi, and Atif Khan, with lyrics penned by Raamis and Malik himself. Atif Khan also contributed to the music composition, while Rupendar Venkatesh handled the mixing and mastering.
