The price of 24 karat gold increased by Rs500, reaching Rs272,500 on Saturday, up from Rs272,000 on the previous trading day.
The price for 10 grams of 24 karat gold also saw a rise, climbing by Rs429 to Rs233,625, up from Rs233,196. Meanwhile, the cost of 10 grams of 22 karat gold increased to Rs214,156, up from Rs213,763, as reported by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
In contrast, silver prices remained stable, with per tola silver priced at Rs2,950 and 10 grams at Rs2,529.14.
Additionally, gold prices in the international market rose by $10, moving from $2,612 to $2,622, according to the Association’s report.
