In a tragic incident reported from the state of Madhya Pradesh, India, a father, driven by the desire for a daughter, murdered his newborn son. According to Indian media, the incident unfolded in the region of Madhya Pradesh, where a disappointed father took the life of his infant son due to the child being a boy.
The police provided details of the incident, revealing that the perpetrator, identified as Anil Yuki, already had two sons and was hopeful for a daughter. Allegedly under the influence of intoxicants at the time of the incident, Anil physically assaulted his wife when he discovered the newborn was a boy. The assailant reportedly snatched the 12-day-old infant from his wife and, in a state of intoxication, strangled the newborn to death.
