Expressing concern over the absence of a government-level cancer facility in Punjab, the Chief Minister stated that efforts are underway to establish a state-of-the-art hospital dedicated to cancer treatment. Furthermore, Chief Minister Naqvi disclosed that all administrative and financial matters related to the hospital have been entrusted to King Edward Medical University. This move is aimed at streamlining and ensuring effective management of the hospital’s operations.
