Lahore, Pakistan – In an announcement on Monday, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) revealed that Morne Morkel has resigned from his position as the bowling coach of the Pakistan Men’s team. Morkel, the former South African fast bowler, had joined the team on a six-month contract in June of this year, with his initial assignment being the two-match Test series during the team’s tour to Sri Lanka.
The PCB is set to announce Morkel’s replacement in the coming days. The upcoming challenge for the Pakistan Men’s team is a three-match Test series against Australia, scheduled to take place from December 14, 2023, to January 7, 2024, in Australia.
