Islamabad High Court Rejects Request to Halt Trial in PTI Chairman’s Safar Case

Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected a request to halt the trial in the Safdar case involving the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan. The court also declined the plea to drop the individual charge against him, stating that Chairman PTI should be granted a fair trial.

The case is rooted in an Official Secrets Act and pertains to allegations involving Imran Khan. The plea for bail on Chairman PTI’s behalf will be decided today following a detailed hearing.
