Bilawal says health and ducation have improved in Sindh.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that Sindh’s health sector has greatly improved after the 18th Amendment. He was speaking at the convocation of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Medical University in Larkana.

He congratulated the graduating students and advised them to serve the country with honesty and dedication. He said education is very important and called on doctors and nurses to serve humanity without discrimination, especially during emergencies and epidemics.

Bilawal said the Sindh government invested heavily in healthcare after the 18th Amendment. He added that free heart treatment is being provided and health facilities have expanded to many cities, including Karachi, Sukkur, and Larkana.

He also said that children’s emergency rooms have been set up in all districts with the help of the ChildLife Foundation. More health facilities will be provided in areas that still lack them.

Bilawal highlighted that Sindh now has 30 universities and that the government plans to establish a university in every district to improve access to education.

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah also spoke at the event. He said Benazir Bhutto worked for women’s empowerment and believed strongly in education. He added that education and research are key to Pakistan’s future development.
