Kerosene oil price rises after petrol and diesel hike in Pakistan.

The price of kerosene oil in Pakistan has been increased following recent hikes in petrol and diesel rates, according to a notification issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), ARY News reported.

As per the notification, the price of kerosene oil has gone up by Rs3.34 per litre, rising from Rs181.71 to Rs185.05 per litre. Similarly, the price of light diesel oil has been raised by Rs1.22 per litre, bringing it to Rs163.98 per litre from the previous Rs162.76.

Earlier in the day, the federal government announced new prices for petrol and diesel, effective from November 1 to November 15, 2025. Petrol prices have been increased by Rs2.43 per litre to Rs265.45, while diesel rates have risen by Rs3.02 per litre to Rs278.44 per litre.

Officials stated that the revision reflects global market fluctuations and aims to align domestic fuel prices with international trends. The government urged consumers to stay updated on the latest rates and manage their fuel consumption accordingly during the first half of November.

The notification further noted that the adjustment in petroleum product prices is part of regular fortnightly reviews to ensure fair pricing and minimize the impact of global oil price volatility on local consumers.
