Oman-Saudi business forum strengthens bilateral trade and investment ties.

The Oman-Saudi Arabia Business Forum was held on Wednesday at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre, bringing together senior officials, business leaders, and investors to enhance economic cooperation between the two Gulf nations.

Organized as part of the Omani-Saudi Franchise Exhibition by the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) in collaboration with the Federation of Saudi Chambers, the forum highlighted opportunities in trade, investment, and industrial integration.

Omani representatives delivered presentations showcasing OCCI’s business support programs, incentives available through the “Invest Oman” platform, fresh investment opportunities identified by the Oman Investment Authority, and industrial projects facilitated by Madayn.

Saudi speakers outlined the Kingdom’s investment landscape, focusing on reforms, regulatory updates, and priority sectors under Saudi Vision 2030.

A special dialogue session titled “The Reality and Prospects of Economic Integration and Cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” explored strategies to expand bilateral trade, strengthen industrial integration, and encourage private-sector partnerships.

The event also featured B2B meetings between Omani and Saudi entrepreneurs, paving the way for new agreements and collaborations.

In a significant development, both sides announced the creation of a joint Omani-Saudi company named “G7”, managed by Serapis Entertainment Group. The venture will focus on tourism promotion, franchise and brand marketing, and the organization of international exhibitions, conferences, and festivals.
