Italian football giants AC Milan on Friday conveyed greetings to Muslims worldwide on the occasion of Mawlid Al-Nabawi (S.A.W), observed on 12 Rabiul Awwal (September 5/6) as the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the Serie A club wrote: “From the Rossoneri family to the Islamic world, Wishing you all the best on the occasion of #MawlidAlNabi.”
The day, also called Eid Milad-un-Nabi, is marked by celebrations, processions, mosque visits, and gatherings where the Prophet’s teachings are remembered. Many families also hold prayers at home.
AC Milan’s Current Campaign
