Kelley Wolf has been served with a new protective order prohibiting her from any direct or indirect contact with her estranged husband, actor Scott Wolf, or their three children, just days after being arrested for violating a temporary agreement, foreign media reported.
Scott and Kelley, who married in 2004 and share three children — Jackson (16), Miller (12), and Lucy (11) — announced their separation in June. Since then, the couple has been locked in a bitter divorce and custody dispute.
The Party of Five actor currently holds temporary sole custody of the children after filing for a restraining order. Tensions escalated last month when Kelley posted a series of Instagram messages demanding to see her kids, calling Scott the “most hated man on earth,” and publicly sharing his personal phone number, which led to him receiving a flood of harassing calls and texts.
Following Scott’s complaint, Kelley — a Real World: New Orleans alum — was arrested on August 26 in Utah for electronic communication harassment and unlawful disclosure of personal information. She was booked into Summit County Jail and released two days later.
The latest court order bars Kelley from contacting Scott or their children until the next hearing on September 10. She is also prohibited from stalking, threatening, or harassing them in any way, and must remain at least 300 feet away from Scott. Exceptions for communication are limited to mediation sessions with a court-qualified mediator regarding divorce and custody issues.
Additionally, Kelley is banned from alcohol or drug use and can only enter the family home under police supervision to collect her belongings.
