Light rain and drizzle in different parts of Lahore offered residents a much-needed break from the recent humid spell.
Showers were recorded in Lakshmi Chowk, Abbott Road, Shimla Pahari, Davis Road, Mall Road, Civil Secretariat, Islampura, Chauburji, Jail Road, Ferozepur Road, Muslim Town, Gulberg, Gulshan Ravi, and Kahna. Cool breezes accompanying the rain further eased the sticky weather, bringing comfort to the city.
According to the Met Office, intermittent rainfall is expected over the next 24 hours. Citizens have been advised to limit unnecessary travel and take necessary precautions during wet conditions.
