A woman delivered quintuplets—five babies at once—at a private hospital, marking a rare and delicate medical event.
According to the hospital administration, all five infants were born prematurely with extremely low birth weights. At the time of delivery, the newborns experienced breathing difficulties and were immediately placed on oxygen support.
Currently, the babies are being closely monitored in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) by a team of medical specialists. The mother is reported to be in stable condition.
Hospital officials assured that every possible medical measure is being taken to support the health and survival of the newborns.
