‘Sardar Ji 3’ sets new box office record in Pakistan, becomes highest-grossing film ever.

Starring Diljit Dosanjh and Hania Aamir, the Punjabi film breaks all previous records in Pakistan

Sardar Ji 3, an Indian Punjabi film starring Diljit Dosanjh and Hania Aamir, is making waves at the box office in Pakistan, becoming the highest-grossing film ever released in the country.

Despite not being screened in India and amid a general ban on Indian films in Pakistan, Sardar Ji 3 has enjoyed massive success. Punjabi-language films produced by Indian-origin filmmakers based in the UK and Canada are permitted for screening, which allowed this movie to premiere in Pakistan.

In its first week, the film earned Rs21 crore (approximately Rs6.34 crore Indian rupees). It followed with a solid Rs9.50 crore in its second week, and in just the first day of its third week, it made Rs10 crore—bringing the total collection to Rs40 crore (roughly Rs12 crore Indian rupees).

This astonishing performance has officially pushed Sardar Ji 3 past the previous record-holder, Carry on Jatta 3, and made it the top-grossing movie of all time in Pakistan.

The film’s success is being credited to Diljit’s massive popularity, Hania’s star power, and the film’s strong cross-border cultural appeal.
