Special dialysis unit set up for pilgrims in Madinah.

The goal is to provide high-quality care that fits the pilgrims’ schedules, making treatment more accessible and less stressful. This is part of Saudi Arabia’s ongoing efforts to support pilgrims’ health so they can perform their religious duties safely.

The new section is equipped with advanced technology and has 13 dialysis machines, offering over 26 treatment sessions each day.

A skilled medical team is in place to ensure top safety and care standards. Before Hajj, the health authorities worked with medical missions to gather pilgrims’ health details, allowing dialysis sessions to be scheduled as soon as pilgrims arrive in Madinah. This helps save time and reduces the need for extra travel.
