However, some features are being discontinued. The free version of Teams limits group video calls to 60 minutes and does not support pay-as-you-go calling or SMS via Skype Credit.
Data Export Deadline
Microsoft has set a deadline of January 2026 for users wishing to export their Skype data, including chats, contacts, and call history. After this date, all remaining user data will be permanently deleted.
