Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar reaffirmed the government’s commitment to enhancing medical education and healthcare regulation during a high-level meeting on Wednesday.
Chairing the 4th meeting on medical education, Dar discussed key issues, including accreditation, fee regulation, and fairness in private medical colleges. The meeting was attended by senior officials, including:

A sub-committee was tasked with presenting recommendations on fee rationalization in the next meeting, scheduled for March 17. The government aims to ensure affordable and quality medical education while maintaining fairness for both students and institutions.
