President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday strongly condemned the tragic killing of seven bus passengers in Barkhan, Balochistan.
In their separate statements, both leaders extended their prayers for the departed souls and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families.
Terming the attack a “cowardly and heinous act,” President Zardari stated that terrorists are enemies of peace and humanity, seeking to destabilize Balochistan. He assured that those responsible would be held accountable.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif directed the authorities to ensure swift justice, emphasizing that the perpetrators would face severe consequences. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to eradicating terrorism, vowing that the sacrifices of innocent citizens would not be in vain.
