At CES 2025, British tech company Elvie introduced its first baby product, the Elvie Rise, a hybrid smart bouncer that seamlessly transitions into a bassinet, offering parents a hands-free solution for soothing and sleeping their babies. The device, aimed at improving the well-being of parents, allows them to skip the task of moving their baby between play, soothing, and sleep stages, providing more time for their own self-care.
The Elvie Rise features SootheLoop technology, which records and repeats the bounce initiated by the parent, ensuring a consistent soothing rhythm. Additionally, it converts into a bassinet for nap time, while parents can track their baby’s sleep patterns via a connected app.
Elvie, known for its innovations in women’s health with products such as breast pumps and pelvic floor health devices, is expanding its focus to support parents in the postpartum period. Chief Product Officer Alex Knox emphasized that the Rise continues the company’s legacy of giving parents more freedom and time, responding to concerns about baby soothing and sleep raised by hundreds of parents.
While the UK release date and price for the Rise have not yet been confirmed, the product is receiving attention as part of Elvie’s exhibit at CES, where the company is among approximately 40 British firms showcasing their innovations.
